Please be advised due to a system issue, the BZX Equities Exchange IPO auction for symbols FDG and FLV was delayed until 09:44:16.  
The issue has been resolved, and all Cboe systems are currently operating normally.

Cboe Equties Exchanges Level 1 Market Wide Circuit Breaker Complete

All Cboe equities exchanges successfully completed a Level 1 Market-Wide Circuit Breaker halt, which occurred at 12:56:17 ET and ended at 13:11:17 ET.

All Cboe systems operated normally throughout the halt and are operating normally at this time.

Effective 12:56:17 ET Cboe Equities exchanges have halted trading due to a Level 1 Market Wide Circuit Breaker breach.  

During the entirety of the Halt period, new orders and cancels will be accepted on the BYX, EDGA, and EDGX exchanges for all symbols and on the BZX Exchange for non BZX-listed symbols.  Orders will entered a queued state and wait for the re-opening requirements.  BZX will reject new orders in BZX-listed symbols until 5 minute before the halt is scheduled to lift.  Orders placed prior to the halt may be cancelled depending on cancel on halt port settings.  The exchanges will be scheduled to re-open at approximately 13:11:17 ET.

Cboe has determined that the Regulation SHO Short Sale Restriction for symbols VXX and SVLP was inadvertently lifted at 09:30:01 ET. Cboe has re-activated the Short Sale Restriction today as of 11:24:39 ET for both symbols.

As of 9:30:01:08 a.m. ET. please be advised that as a result of a decline in the S&P 500 of > 7%, a Level 1 Market-Wide Circuit Breaker has been triggered and Cboe has halted trading in all symbols for 15 minutes. The quoting period for an auction in Cboe-listed securities on BZX Exchange will begin 5 minutes prior to the end of the 15 minute circuit breaker window. All other securities will resume trading once the primary market has reopened the subject security for trading and LULD Bands have been received.

Issue Resolved: Cboe BYX Equities "B" and "D" PITCH Feed Outage

Please be advised that from approximately 19:31:13 to 19:53:28 ET, the Cboe BYX Exchange experienced a
hardware failure impacting the dissemination of the "B" and
"D" PITCH feeds for symbol range SPZ to VLN. The issue has now been resolved, and all Cboe systems are operating normally.

Cboe BZX Equities LULD Tier Data Issue

Please be advised that data files provided to SIAC by the Cboe BZX Equities Exchange effective January 2, 2019 did not correctly include LULD tier update information for 9 Cboe listed securities. Similarly, LULD tier updates for 15 Cboe listed securities were not included in files provided to SIAC effective January 2, 2020. A list of the affected Cboe listed securities with their tiers as indicated by SIAC and their actual tiers appears further below.

LULD tier information for impacted Cboe listed securities was corrected at SIAC effective January 29, 2020, and a software patch has been deployed to ensure the correct information is provided to SIAC in the future. Cboe has completed a review of trades and trading halts in the impacted securities during the affected time period, and has found no trades on Cboe exchanges outside of the correct band levels and no LULD halts in securities where the band published by SIAC was tighter than the correct band level. In addition, analysis performed by Cboe has not immediately identified any trades at away market centers which occurred outside the correct band levels.

Cboe Equities Utilizing SIPs for NYSE Arca Market Data

Please be advised that due to a third party issue, for today's trading the Cboe BZX, BYX, EDGX, and EDGA Exchanges will be utilizing the SIPs for NYSE Arca market data rather than direct market data feeds.  

Cboe anticipates the issue in receiving direct market data feeds from Arca will be resolved for tomorrow's trading.  No other direct market data feeds to Cboe exchanges are affected.  All Cboe systems are operating normally.
