System Status Update: Priority Algorithm Issue Impacting Trading of MRUT Options on C1 Options Exchange

Cboe has determined since product launch on 9:30AM ET, on Monday, March 1, the simple and complex priority algorithm for MRUT options trading on the C1 Options Exchange has been incorrectly set as Pro-Rata when the intended priority algorithm was Price/Time.

In addition, during the same time period the Priority Customer feature was enabled on both the simple and complex order books when it was intended to be disabled.

Corrective Action: Cboe will update the product configurations for MRUT options effective for trading on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
