iShares Core Global Aggregate Bond UCITS ETF

(Cboe: AGGNZx)

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects the return of the Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Bond Index, the Fund's benchmark index.

The Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Bond Index measures the performance of the global investment-grade fixed-rate debt markets. As at the date of this Prospectus, the Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Bond Index contains three major components: the Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Index, the Bloomberg Barclays Pan-European Aggregate Index, and the Bloomberg Barclays Asian-Pacific Aggregate Index. In addition to securities from these three benchmarks, the Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Bond Index includes a small percentage of other Bloomberg Barclays index-eligible securities not already in the three regional aggregate indices. The Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Index family includes a wide range of standard and customised sub-indices by liquidity constraint, sector, quality, and maturity. Such bonds will, at the time of inclusion in the Benchmark Index, be rated at least investment grade by rating agencies such as Moody's, Standard and Poor's and Fitch or an equivalent rating from another agency.
